2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free Starter Plan: Provides 1 active resume, public ATS scanner checks, and core template access at ₹0.
• Paid Plans (Student Pro ₹199/mo & Executive Pro ₹499/mo): Processed securely via Razorpay or Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Money-Back Guarantee: 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid plan subscribers. Contact support@meritosai.com to request a refund.
• B2B Campus Licensing: Institutional agreements governed by executed university purchase contracts and batch seat quotas.

3. User Conduct & Fair Use

You agree not to misuse MeritOS services. Prohibited actions include:

• Automated scraping or reverse-engineering of ATS scanner scoring algorithms.
• Sharing account credentials across multiple job seekers.
• Uploading malicious code or false institutional credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

All resume content created by you remains your exclusive intellectual property. MeritOS retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our proprietary AI prompt engineering models, ATS scanner algorithms, and platform designs.
